套管井超声成像仪数据采集与处理电路设计

【摘要】 文中设计了一种套管井超声成像仪数据采集与处理电路,该电路以FPGA和DSP为控制核心设计了A/D采集电路,嵌入式软件部分设计了数字滤波、首波检测和参数提取、前置放大电路增益自动控制算法等信号处理流程。并针对仪器的高温工作环境对电路进行了热设计,热仿真和实验表明,该电路能够在25~175℃的工作环境正常工作,符合测井的要求,能够用于实际的工程。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a cased holeultrasound imager data acquisition and processing circuit was designed,the circuit use FPGA and DSP as control,a circuitof A/D sampling was designed,the embedded software designed the signal processing flow such as digital filter,first wave detection and parameter extraction,gain automatic control algorithm of preamplifier circuit,etc.The circuit is designed and simulated according to the high temperature working environment of the instrument.The experiment shows that the circuit can work normally in the environment from 25~175 ℃,meet the logging requirements and can be used in practical projects.
