复合绝缘子自动喷涂设备控制系统设计

【摘要】 复合绝缘子生产中多采用人工涂刷酒精和偶联剂,人工涂刷质量难以保证、生产效率低。在分析复合绝缘子结构及设备功能要求的基础上,设计完成了复合绝缘子自动喷涂设备总体方案。系统以PLC为控制核心,结合传感检测模块,实现了生产工序的逻辑控制。分析了气动系统和喷涂系统的原理,详细介绍了控制系统的硬件组成和软件流程;以触摸屏为人机交互窗口,设计了操作界面。实际运行结果表明:系统稳定可靠,效率高,满足生产要求。

【Abstract】 Alcohol and coupling agent are brushed manually in the production of composite insulators.The quality of manual brushing is difficult to guarantee,and the production efficiency is low.The automatic spraying equipment of composite insulator was designed based on the analysis of the composite insulator structure and equipment functional requirements.PLC was taken as the control core,combined with the sensing detection module,to realize the logic control of the production process.The principle of pneumatic system and spraying system were analyzed.The hardware components and software flow of the controlsystem were introduced in detail.System interface was designed by using the touch screen as man-machine interaction window.The actual operation results show that the system is stable and reliable,with high production efficiency,which can meet the production requirements.
