【摘要】 目的探究左金丸粉剂外敷涌泉穴联合格拉司琼与单用格拉司琼治疗肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐疗效比较。方法选取2015年5月—2019年5月于该院进行肿瘤化疗治疗的患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,观察组给予左金丸粉剂外敷涌泉穴联合格拉司琼治疗,对照组给予单用格拉司琼治疗。对比两组患者治疗后患者恶心呕吐程度。结果观察组恶心发生率(26.67%)明显低于对照组(46.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.800,P=0.027)。呕吐总发生率(16.67%)明显低于对照组(56.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.330,P=0.001)。结论左金丸粉剂外敷涌泉穴联合盐酸格拉司琼缓解患者恶心呕吐的效果明显优于单纯使用格拉司琼药物治疗,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者治疗质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Zuojinwan powder applied at Yongquan point combined with granisetron and granisetron alone in the treatment of nausea and vomiting after tumor chemotherapy. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent chemotherapy treatment in the hospital from May 2015 to May 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 30 cases. The observation group was treated with Zuojinwan powder and Yongquan points combined with granisetron; the control group was given granisetron alone.Compare the nausea and vomiting of the two groups after treatment. Results The incidence of nausea in the observation group(26.67%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(46.67%), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.800, P =0.027). The total incidence of vomiting(16.67%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(56.67%), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=10.330, P=0.001). Conclusion Zuojinwan powder applied Yongquan point combined with granisetron hydrochloride to relieve nausea and vomiting of patients is significantly better than the use of granisetron drug therapy alone, reducing the patient’s pain and improving the quality of treatment.更多还原
