【Abstract】 In recent years, with the increase of car ownership and acceleration of technological upgrading, enterprises have higher and higher comprehensive requirements for after-sales service staff. The school-enterprise cooperation mode of "Daimler Casting Star Education", through working with the main engine factory, realizes the docking of course contents and working environment, so students can start to work immediately. Students can obtain the enterprise’s technical certification before graduation, which shortens the students’ career development cycle. The course contents will be reformed to cultivate students’ ability of fault diagnosis, which will inject impetus into the promotion of middle and later stage of career, and enhance students’ enterprise competitiveness. The enterprise culture will be introduced and the tripartite project management mechanism will be established to cultivate students’ professional quality and realize students’ high-quality employment.更多还原
