【摘要】 教师党支部是党与教师紧密联系的桥梁和纽带,是党和国家路线政策和教育方针得以贯彻落实的基础,提升教师党支部组织力是高职院校党建工作需要解决好的重要问题。当前,高职院校教师党支部在政治功能发挥、支部班子选配、制度建设、机构设置等方面还存在一些突出问题,也是其组织力提升所面临的困境所在。这就要求我们必须以新时代基层组织建设标准为指导,结合高职院校实际,坚持问题导向,全方位探索教师党支部组织力提升的有效实践路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Party branch of teachers is the bridge and link between the Party and teachers, and the basis for the implementation of the national guidelines and policies and educational policies of the Party and State. To improve the organizational capacity of the Party branch of teachers is an important problem to be solved in the Party construction work for higher vocational colleges. At present, the Party branch of teachers in higher vocational colleges still has some prominent problems in exertion of its political functions, the selection and allocation of the Party branch team, system construction, organization setting and so on, which is also the dilemma of improving its organizational power. This requires us to take the construction standard of grass-roots organizations in the new era as the guidance, combine with the reality of higher vocational colleges, adhere to the problem oriented, and explore the effective practice path of improving the organizational power of the teachers’ Party branch in an all-round way.更多还原
