望山红×鸡冠F1代对苹果轮纹病抗性鉴定及遗传分析

【摘要】 【目的】明确望山红与鸡冠F1代群体对轮纹病抗性水平,为抗轮纹病品种改良提供理论依据。【方法】采用人工接种及田间自然发病调查相结合的方法,对望山红、鸡冠及其F1代群体共120份材料,开展抗轮纹病评价。【结果】人工接种鉴定未发现免疫材料,其中高抗材料9份(占7.5%),中抗材料32份(占26.7%),中感材料61份(占50.8%),高感材料18份(占15.0%)。田间调查轮纹病发病相对较轻,但随着时间推移,与人工接种鉴定结果一致率逐渐提高,2016年为16.7%,2018年为35.0%。F1代群体抗性呈连续正态分布,遗传传递力为92.8%,变异系数27.2%。【结论】通过综合评价,筛选出鸡冠、WJ-6、WJ-47、WJ-86、WJ-99、WJ-105等6份稳定高抗轮纹病资源,为抗病品种选育提供了新的抗源材料。F1代群体抗性,具有典型的数量性状遗传特征,为今后深入解析苹果抗轮纹病分子遗传机制奠定基础。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The level of resistance to ring rot disease in the F1 generation of Wangshanhong and Jiguan was studied to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of resistance to ring rot.【Method】A total of 120 materials were tested by using the method of artificial inoculation and field identification in their resistance to apple ring rot.【Result】The artificial inoculation identification results were as follows,9 highly resistant(accounting for 7.5 %),32 medium resistant(accounting for 26.7 %),61 medium susceptible(accounting for 50.8 %),18 highly susceptible materials(accounting for 15.0 %).The incidence of ring rot disease was relatively light,by field identification.The consistency rate of field identification and artificial inoculation identification was increased,18.3 % in 2016,and 35.0 % in 2018.The disease index presented a normal distribution.The transmitting ability and coefficient of variation were 92.8 % and 27.2 %,respectively.【Conclusion】 Combining the above two methods,we identified 6 stable high resistance apple germplasms,Jiguan,WJ-6,WJ-47,WJ-86,WJ-99 and WJ-105.The resistance of F1 population exhibited a wide phenotypic variation,which were the quantitative traits controlled by polygenenes.The results of this study lays a foundation for further analysis of the molecular genetic mechanism of apple resistance to ring disease.
