【摘要】 目的观察通督交泰针法配合言语训练治疗中风后失语症的临床疗效及对患者焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法 60例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组。治疗组患者给予通督交泰针法配合言语训练治疗,对照组采用常规体针加言语训练治疗。治疗4周后观察采用言语功能评分、言语功能疗效、抑郁评分(SDS)和焦虑评分(SAS)比较进行疗效评价。数据结果采用SPSS23.0进行统计分析。结果治疗后,两组患者的言语功能积分均有所提高,治疗组提高更明显,且治疗组疗效为86.67%优于对照组的70.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SAS、SDS均有所降低,治疗组降低更明显,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通督交泰针法配合言语训练治疗中风后失语症效果显著,能明显促进患者的言语功能的恢复,提高语言及交流能力,同时还可缓解患者抑郁焦虑情绪,加快患者康复进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Tongdu Jiaotai acupuncture combined with speech training in the treatment of aphasia after stroke and its effect on anxiety and depression.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Tongdu Jiaotai acupuncture combined with speech training.The control group was treated with conventional body acupuncture plus speech training.the therapeutic effect was evaluated by speech function score,speech function efficacy,SDS and SAS comparison after 4 weeks of treatment.Data results were analyzed by SPSS23.0.Results After treatment,both groups of speech function scores improved,the treatment group improved more significantly,and the efficiency of the treatment group was 86.67%,better than 70.00% in the control group,all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,Both groups have reduced SAS、SDS,the treatment group decreased more significantly,the treatment group was better than the control group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The Tongdu Jiaotai acupuncture combined with speech training on aphasia after stroke,can obviously promote the recovery of speech function,improve language and communication skills,it also relieves depression,anxiety,speed up the process of patient rehabilitation.更多还原
