自动上料机械手控制系统设计
Design of Control System for Automatic Feeding Manipulator
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于PLC控制的自动上料机械手的结构、工作原理及液压系统原理,对系统部分重要元件进行了设计选型,分析了自动上料机械手的工艺流程.使用该机械手,可以降低工人的劳动强度,有效节约生产成本.
【Abstract】 The structure,working theory and hydraulic system theory of automatic feeding manipulator based on PLC were introduced in the paper;some important components were designed and chosen;the process flows of the manipulator were analysed.The use of the manipulator can reduce the labor intensity of workers and effectively save production costs.
