【摘要】 当前,在我国经济转型和产业升级的战略背景下,在党和政府重视、鼓励、支持、引导非公有制经济发展的政策环境下,许昌民营企业高质量发展迎来了大好机遇,但同时也面临着诸多问题,与民营经济发达的温州、苏州、泉州等城市相比,许昌民营企业在创新、融资、人才培育、公共服务等方面的问题较为突出,为此,许昌市应当采取培育市场创新主体、建设重大技术创新平台、推进开放创新合作、大力引进高科技人才、全面发展教育和医疗卫生事业、营造优良有序融资环境、支持企业利用多层次资本市场融资、强化财政服务民营企业能力等系统配套的对策措施,以促进民营企业的高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the strategic background of China’s economic transformation and industrial upgrading,and under the policy environment in which the party and government attach importance to,encourage,support,and guide the development of non-public ownership economy,Xuchang’s private enterprises have enjoyed great opportunities for high-quality development.Yet it also faces many problems.Compared with other cities with a developed private economy,Xuchang’s private enterprises have more prominent problems in innovation,financing,talent cultivation,and public services.To promote the high-quality development of private enterprises,Xuchang City needs to nurture market innovation bodies,construct major technological innovation platforms,promote open and innovative cooperation,introduce high-tech talents,develop education and medical and health services comprehensively,create an excellent and orderly financing environment,support enterprises to use multi-level capital market financing and strengthen the ability of financial services to private enterprises.更多还原
