【摘要】 目的比较精细化管理和常规管理在病案室管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取该院病案室于2019年4—9月接管的病案资料1 000份,采用数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,各500份,病案室管理人员共8名,随机分为对照组和观察组病案资料管理人员,各4名,对照组接受常规管理,观察组接受精细化管理。比较两组病案资料的借阅和使用情况。结果观察组病案资料的及时发送率和按时归还率均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组病案资料的逾期归还率、缺失率、破损率和医患纠纷发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理能够有效提高病案室管理的工作效率,提高病案资料的按时归还情况,减少破损、缺失等不良事件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The effect of comparatively fine management and routine management in the management of medical records room. Methods 1 000 cases of pathological data taken over from April to September 2019 in our hospital’s medical record room were randomly selected, and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with500 cases. A total of 8 m edical record room management staff were randomly divided into controls. There were 4 medical records management personnel in each group and observation group. The control group received routine management and the observation group received refined management. The borrowing and use of medical records were compared between the two groups. Results The timely sending rate and timely return rate of the medical records in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The overdue return rate, missing rate, breakage rate, and incidence of doctor-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Refined management can effectively improve the efficiency of the management of the medical record room, improve the timely return of medical record data, and reduce adverse events such as damage and missing.更多还原
