【摘要】 养老机构是我国构建养老服务体系中的重要一环,能够从专业角度对日渐削弱的家庭养老进行功能补充。在对于养老机构服务效率评价的研究中,数据包络分析法是一种常用的方法。该文对我国利用DEA评价养老机构服务效率的文献进行梳理,对养老机构运行效率模型、投入和产出指标的选取及服务效率影响因素进行了综述,为进一步开展养老机构服务效率评价研究提供方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pension institutions are an important part of the construction of an elderly care system in China, and they can supplement the functions of family pensions that are weakening from a professional perspective. Data envelopment analysis is a commonly used method in the study of service efficiency evaluation of elderly institutions. This article reviews the literature on the use of DEA to evaluate the efficiency of elderly care institutions in China. It sums up the operational efficiency model of the elderly care institutions, the selection of input and output indicators, and the influencing factors of service efficiency.更多还原
