【摘要】 目的对比Metapex糊剂与氧化锌碘仿糊剂用于乳牙根管充填时的疗效。方法选取我院口腔科2018年10月—2019年10月收治的乳磨牙慢性根尖周炎患儿120例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(61例)和观察组(59例),对照组67颗患牙,采用氧化锌碘仿糊剂根管充填,观察组66颗患牙,采用Metapex糊剂行根管充填。比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率及患牙根管填充质量,同时比较治疗前后1周、1个月的疼痛情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的患牙根管恰填率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后1周、1个月,观察组的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 Metapex糊剂作为根管充填材料在乳牙根管治疗中疗效显著,能减轻患儿疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Metapex paste and zinc oxide iodoform paste on root canal filling materials of deciduous teeth. Methods 120 children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous molars from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected, They were randomly divided into control group(61 cases) and observation group(59 cases), control group 67 teeth, using zinc oxide iodoform paste root canal filling, the observation group of 66 teeth, use Metapex root canal filling paste. The total effective rate of treatment and the quality of root canal filling were compared between the two groups, and the pain of 1 week and 1 month before and after treatment was also compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The root canal filling rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). At 1 week and 1 month after treatment, the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(all P < 0.05). Conclusion As a root canal filling material, Metapex paste is effective in root canal therapy of decanter teeth and can relieve pain in children.更多还原
