【摘要】 通过病机分析及医案举例的方法,介绍梁如镜主任医师治疗糖尿病眼底出血的经验。梁老认为糖尿病患者多郁血虚损,而且久病入络,所以眼中络脉必有瘀阻郁结不通。糖尿病眼底出血其基本病机为本瘀标热:当肝失疏泄、少阳气郁化火,循经上迫时,气与血并,迫血妄行而发病。针对其本瘀标热的病机,应该从郁、瘀两方面论治。治疗上使用:清热解郁、消瘀通络为主要方法,泻其郁热、通其血道,使热清络通,血归其经而行则血可自止。方药选择上:早期选用小柴胡汤合桃核承气汤加减;中晚期选用小柴胡汤合补阳还五汤加减;当瘀血已成干血难消者,则宜加用水蛭并且重用。更多还原
