【摘要】 目的探究经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral resection of prostate)治疗高龄、高危前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia)患者的安全性及疗效。方法选择2018年3月—2020年3月在本院进行治疗的高龄、高危前列腺增生症(BPH)患者,人数为200例,按照入院顺序分组原则,各组100例,其中100例进行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗(观察组)、另一组进行常规治疗(对照组),将各组指标进行比较。结果观察组高龄、高危前列腺增生症(BPH)患者手术指标与对照组相比存在差异,(P <0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,P <0.05。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,P <0.05。结论经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗高龄、高危前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的安全性较高,且疗效显著,值得研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of elderly and high-risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The elderly and high-risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) were selected for treatment from March 2018 to March 2020 in our hospital. The number of patients was 200. According to the principle of admission order, there were 100 patients in each group. One group received transurethral resection of prostate(observation group), the other group received conventional treatment(control group), and the indicators of each group were compared. Results There were differences in surgical indicators between the elderly and highrisk prostate hyperplasia(BPH) patients in the observation group compared with the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) is safe and effective in the treatment of elderly and high-risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). It is worthy of research.更多还原
