【摘要】 目的探讨早期抗阻训练联合心身干预对髋关节置换术后患者髋关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月在我院行髋关节置换术的患者128例按照随机对照原则分为两组,各64例。对照组接受早期抗阻训练干预,观察组在此基础上联合心身干预。观察两组患者干预前后髋关节功能及生活质量。结果观察组干预后的Harris评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组干预后生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分较对照组高,躯体疼痛评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论早期抗阻训练联合心身干预应用于髋关节置换术患者中,能够促进髋关节功能恢复,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of early resistance training combined with psychosomatic intervention on recovery of hip joint function and quality of life in patients with hip replacement. Methods 128 patients with hip replacement in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to randomized controlled principle,with 64 patients in each group. Control group was given early resistance training intervention,and observation group was given psychosomatic intervention based on control group. The hip joint function and quality of life in two groups were observed before and after intervention.Results The Harris score of observation group was higher than that of control group after intervention( P<0.05); After intervention,the scores of physiological function,role physical,general health,vigor,social function,role emotional and mental health in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the score of body pain in observation group was lower than that in control group( P<0.05). Conclusion Early resistance training combined with psychosomatic intervention in patients with hip replacement can promote recovery of hip joint function and improve quality of life.更多还原
