【摘要】 文章研究美国数字灰色文献资源建设现状及经验,以期为我国数字灰色文献资源建设提供思路、建议。通过研究分析美国在数字灰色文献资源建设方面的先进经验,如政府提供完善的法律保障和经费资助、情报机构免费推广数字服务、行业图书馆先进的采集技术和工具等。提出我国可通过制度建设、经费资助、技术模式、资源推广等措施,提高我国图书馆界的数字灰色文献资源建设水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the present situation and experience of the construction of digital gray literature resources in the United States,and provides ideas and suggestions for the construction of digital gray literature resources in China.Through research and analysis of the American advanced experience in the construction of digital gray document resources,such as the government’s provision of sound legal guarantee and financial support,the free promotion of digital services by intelligence agencies,and the advanced acquisition technology and tools of industry libraries,etc.It is suggested that we can improve the construction level of digital gray document resources in Chinese libraries by means of system construction,financial support,technical model and resource promotion.更多还原
