【摘要】 目的探讨正念减压法在甲状腺癌合并2型糖尿病手术患者中的负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2019年10月福建省肿瘤医院110例甲状腺癌合并2型糖尿病手术患者,分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理基础上给予正念减压法。采用焦虑自评量表(anxiety self-rating scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(depression self-rating scale,SDS)和第4版癌症患者生命质量测定量表共性模块(functional assessment of cancer therapy-generic scale,FACT-G)评估患者的焦虑、抑郁及生活质量。结果两组患者的年龄、性别、文化程度、病理分期及糖化血红蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预前两组患者的焦虑、抑郁及生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预8周后,研究组的焦虑、抑郁得分低于对照组,生活质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正念减压法可以改善甲状腺癌合并2型糖尿病手术患者的负性情绪,并提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of mindfulness decompression on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with thyroid cancer combined with type 2 diabetes surgery. Methods From February 2018 to October 2019, 110 patients with thyroid cancer combined with type 2 diabetes surgery in Fujian Cancer Hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing measures, and the study group was given mindfulness decompression on the basis of routine nursing. The anxiety self-rating scale(SAS), the depression self-rating scale(SDS) and the fourth edition of the common module of the quality of Life measurement scale for cancer patients(functional assessment of cancer therapy-generic scale, FACT-G) assesses patients’ anxiety, depression and quality of life.Results The differences in age, gender, education level, pathological stage and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Before the intervention, the difference in anxiety, depression and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After 8 weeks of intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the quality score of life was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Mindfulness decompression can improve the negative emotions of patients with thyroid cancer combined with type 2 diabetes surgery, and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
