【摘要】 目的观察糖肾安汤治疗糖尿病肾病临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月该院收治的107例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,对照组予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上,加用糖肾安汤治疗。对比两组治疗有效率,尿白蛋白排泄率、血清肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量变化。结果观察组患者治疗有效率高,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.491,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者尿白蛋白排泄率、血清肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量差异无统计学意义(t=0.460、0.290、0.910、0.430,P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者尿白蛋白排泄率、血清肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量水平降低,两组差异有统计学意义(t=7.290、10.880、6.960、2.500,P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗基础上加用糖肾安汤,可更有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,减少蛋白尿,延缓肾功能衰竭,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tangshen’an Decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Select 107 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the research objects. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Tangshen’an Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine. The effective rate of treatment between the two groups was compared, the urinary albumin excretion rate, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and 24 h urine protein quantitative changes. Results The observation group had a high effective treatment rate, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=4.491, P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in urine albumin excretion rate, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and 24 h urine protein quantitative between the two groups(t=0.460, 0.290, 0.910, 0.430, P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group patients’ urine albumin excretion rate,serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and 24 h urine protein quantitative levels decreased. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=7.290, 10.880, 6.960, 2.500, P<0.05). Conclusion The addition of Tangshen’an Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can more effectively improve the renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy, reduce proteinuria, delay renal failure, and have a significant effect.更多还原
