【摘要】 目的观察并对比老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者的治疗中采取传统护理模式与循证护理模式的效果。方法选取2017年10月—2018年11月老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例,对照组采取传统护理模式,观察组实施循证护理模式,对比疗效、满意度、住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.87%、护理满意度97.44%、住院时间(19.61±5.30)d均优于对照组74.36%、76.92%、(23.14±6.18)d,且血糖水平优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者护理中,循证护理模式较传统护理模式效果显著,可有效提升治疗效果,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and compare the effects of traditional nursing model and evidence-based nursing model in the treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer and diabetes. Methods From October 2017 to November 2018, 78 elderly patients with peptic ulcer and diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases each. The control group adopted traditional nursing model, and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing model. Efficacy, satisfaction, hospital stay was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was94.87%, nursing satisfaction was 97.44%, hospital stay(19.61±5.30)d was better than the control group 74.36%, 76.92%,(23.14±6.18)d, and the blood glucose level was better than the control, the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of elderly patients with peptic ulcer and diabetes, the evidence-based nursing model is more effective than the traditional nursing model, which can effectively improve the treatment effect and is worthy of application.更多还原
