【摘要】 自由贸易试验区(简称自贸区)目前及未来发展水平何如,直接关系到区域经济发展与政策的可推广性。从经济、生态、科技三个维度,研究了自贸区发展水平现状,并构建自贸区发展水平评价指标体系,采用主客观权重结合的方法(熵值-AHP法)对四大自贸区发展水平进行初步评价。研究表明,四大自贸区发展水平逐年向好,其中上海发展最好,其次是天津,之后为广东,福建排名最后;运用改进的熵值-AHP法得到的权重,主客观权重互相矫正,更能体现评价的科学性、合理性;指标评价值排序与自贸区重视对外贸易、注重经济增长与税收、加大科技创新投入、实现环境友好型发展的目标相吻合,说明该指标体系的建立较为贴近实际。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current and future development level of the Free Trade Pilot Zone(hereinafter referred to as the "Free Trade Zone") is directly related to the regional economic development and the scalability of policies.Therefore,focus on the three basic dimensions of economy,ecology and science & technology,study the status quo of the development level of the free trade zone.And build an evaluation index system for the development level of the free trade zone,at the same time,use the method of combining subjective and objective weights(entropy-AHP method) to make a preliminary evaluation of the development level of the four major free trade zones.The research conclusions show that the development level of the four Free Trade Zones has been improving year by year,and Shanghai has the best development,followed by Tianjin,followed by Guangdong,and Fujian ranked last.The weights obtained by using the improved entropy-AHP method,and the subjective and objective weights of each other Correction can better reflect the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation.The ranking of index evaluation values and the free trade zone attach importance to foreign trade,economic growth and taxation,increase investment in scientific and technological innovation,and achieve environmental friendliness The development goals are consistent,indicating that the establishment of this indicator system is more realistic.更多还原
