中外高校力学实验室管理体系分析与探讨

【摘要】 力学学科的转型使得力学实验室管理面临着新的挑战,通过对国内外先进力学实验室管理体系的探究,以及国内高校力学实验室管理现状的分析和思考,对力学实验室的管理进行了实践探索。通过搭建分工明确的管理框架、定制实用性的细项条例,建设空间感强、导向式的实验场地,控制安全要素细节,实现了实验的全过程监管,提高了师生参与实验活动积极性,加强了其秩序感和规则感,从软硬件上为实验室运行提供了双重防护。通过以上举措,结合力学学科发展目标,初步构建了科学高效的实验室管理体系,为力学实验室的管理提供参考。

【Abstract】 The transformation of mechanics makes the mechanics laboratory management facing new challenges.This paper investigates the management systems of advanced mechanics laboratory in Chinese and foreign universities,to explore and analyze the current situation of mechanics laboratory management.Through the establishment of a clear division of labor management framework,the customization of practical detailed regulations,the construction of oriented experimental site with a strong sense of space,and the control of details of security elements,the whole-process supervision of experiment has been realized.As a result,the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in experiment activities has been improved,and the sense of order and rules has been strengthened,and the laboratory operation has been provided by dual protection from hardware and software.According to the development objectives of mechanics,through the above measures,a scientific and efficient laboratory management system is preliminarily established,which provides a reference for mechanics laboratory management.
