【摘要】 目的探讨手部肿瘤性钙盐沉着症的发病机理、临床诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2010年9月-2015年3月收治的4例手部肿瘤性钙盐沉着症患者的诊疗过程及随访结果,并结合文献对本病病因、发生、发展及诊断、治疗、预后进行综合分析。结果术后4例均获6个月～5年随访,患者临床症状消失,无复发。结论手部肿瘤性钙盐沉着症的临床诊断以病理诊断确认。术前常规进行B超及X线片检查。临床应采用手术治疗将病灶彻底切除,并辅以术后早期功能训练,实现良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and treatment of hand neoplastic calcinosis. Methods From September 2010 to March 2015, 4 cases of hand neoplastic calcinosis were treated in our department, all of them were female. The diagnosis and treatment process and follow-up results of 4 cases of hand neoplastic calcinosis were retrospectively analyzed. The etiology, occurrence,development, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease were comprehensively analyzed. Results All 4 patients were followed up. The clinical symptoms disappeared without recurrence. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of hand neoplastic calcinosis is confirmed by pathological diagnosis. B-ultrasound and X-ray examination should be performed before operation. Surgical treatment should be used to completely remove the lesions, supplemented by early postoperative functional exercise, to achieve good therapeutic effect.更多还原
