【Abstract】 International competitiveness of talent cultivation in colleges and universities should be promoted in "double first-rate"construction. The pressure of teaching faculty and related resources in local medical colleges and universities is increasing,whereas the change of talent standards has also brought historical opportunities for the promotion of local medical colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the present situation of undergraduate talent cultivation,and puts forward suggestions on the cultivation system of high-level talents in local medical colleges and universities,with teaching faculty construction as the breakthrough and competitiveness promotion as the goal.更多还原
