人工智能时代的智能生物制造

【摘要】 生物制造以低碳循环、绿色清洁的优势在社会可持续经济发展模式中占有举足轻重的作用,其发展是未来大趋势。技术进步使得生物制造在微生物细胞代谢调控规律、生物加工过程的在线数据等方面形成了海量数据,但传统数据分析相关理论的不完善极大地限制了这些海量数据的挖掘,利用人工智能在数据处理方面的优势,通过机器学习对数据中蕴含的知识进行深入挖掘,是实现生物制造智能化路径的一个重要方向。本文中,笔者从人工智能的基本概念入手,针对生物制造的两个主体,即微生物细胞的智能化设计和生物过程的智能化检测与控制,提出了一些观点和建议,希望以此拓宽相关研究人员的研究思路,共同开启智能生物制造的时代。

【Abstract】 Biological manufacturing development is facing its great chance,as it plays an important role for modern society sustainable economic development,with the advantages of low-carbon emission and green and clean properties.With the development of technology,massive data have been formed during studying the regulation principle of microbial cell metabolism,and online monitoring of bioprocesses. However,traditional data analysis theory deficiency hampers the mining of these data. It is an important route for fulfilling the smart bio-manufacturing by using machine learning to exploit knowledge contained in the massive data,based on advantage of artificial intelligence( AI).We suggest here smart bio-manufacturing from the basic conception of AI to the two principle parts of bio-manufacturing: smart strain design and smart process detection and control,with the hope to broaden the research ideas of relevant researchers and jointly open the era of intelligent biological manufacturing.
