【摘要】 目的分析面部浅表肌肉腱膜系统(superfical musculoaponeurotic system,SMAS)修复面部软组织并腮腺损伤的临床疗效。方法对2017年11月至2018年11月邢台市人民医院收治的6例面部软组织并腮腺损伤患者采用SMAS修复,观察修复效果及并发症发生情况。结果 6例患者术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无红肿、感染、血肿、坏死、腮腺导管瘘及腺体瘘等并发症发生,组织结构和功能恢复良好,其中面神经下颌缘支损伤者口角偏斜等神经症状于术后6个月内逐步改善。结论采用SMAS修复面部软组织并腮腺损伤,可有效防止术后腮腺导管瘘及腺体瘘的形成,提高修复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the superficial musculoaponeurotic system SMAS) in repairing facial soft tissue injury complicated with parotid gland damage. Methods Six patients with facial soft tissue injury complicated with parotid gland damage admitted into Xingtai People’s Hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were treated with the SMAS, and the repair effect and the occurrence of complications were observed. Results The incisions of the six patients all realized healing by first intention and no complications were observed such as redness, swelling, infection, hematoma, necrosis, parotid duct fistula, gland fistula, etc. The tissue structure and functions recovered well, and the neural symptoms such as facial paralysis in patients with the marginal mandibular branch damage of facial nerve improved gradually within 6 months after the operation. Conclusion Applying SMAS to repair the facial soft tissue injury complicated with parotid gland damage can effectively prevent the postoperative formation of parotid duct fistula and gland fistula, and improve the repair effect.更多还原
