【摘要】 我国正面临蛋白质资源紧缺问题,近年来昆虫作为动物蛋白来源引起国内外学者广泛关注。黑水虻营养价值高,富含多种活性物质,可改善动物生长性能,提高免疫力,是一种优质动物蛋白源。在动物生产中,黑水虻作为蛋白源替代饲料中的鱼粉和豆粕,应用效果较好。文章主要对黑水虻营养价值及其在水产动物生产中研究进展进行综述,以期为蛋白源开发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is facing the shortage of protein resources, insects as a source of animal protein have attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad in recent years. The black soldier fly was a kind of high quality animal protein source with high nutritive values and multiple active substances, which can improve the growth performance and immunity of animals. In animal production, black soldier fly has achieved good results as a protein source to replace fish meal and soybean meal in feed. This paper mainly reviewed the nutritional characteristics of black soldier fly and its research progress in aquatic animal production, in order to provide a reference for the development ofproteinsources.更多还原
