美国国防高级研究计划局未来网络安全研发趋势分析

【摘要】 美国在网络空间中占据着绝对的优势地位,美国国防高级研究计划局(Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency,DARPA)始终引领着世界前沿性、颠覆性创新技术发展潮流,为美国成长为网络强国做出了突出贡献。本文通过分析DARPA近年来推出的网络安全相关项目及2020财年网络安全项目预算方案,总结出DARPA在网络安全研发上的三点趋势,即:人工智能技术融入网络安全研究;网络攻击取证归因技术不断受到重视;物联网嵌入式系统安全风险凸显,相关研发投入增长迅速。

【Abstract】 The United States is an absolute Cyber Power. The U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency(DARPA)has always led the world’s development in cutting-edge,disruptive technologies. DARPA has made outstanding contributions to helping the U.S. to become a Cyber Power. After analyzing cybersecurity projects and budget proposals of DARPA in recent years,this paper summarizes three trends of DARPA’s cybersecurity research and development. These includes: artificial intelligence technology is reshaping cybersecurity; cyber-attack forensics and attribution technologies are getting more attention; the security risks of embedded systems in Internet of Things are increasing and the related research and development activates are growing rapidly.
