【摘要】 目的观察术中穴位埋线疗法对肺癌胸腔镜手术患者免疫状态的影响。方法将100例肺癌胸腔镜手术患者随机分为埋线组49例和对照组51例。所有患者均予常规术后处理,埋线组患者术后予穴位埋线。于术前1 d、手术当日及术后1 d、2 d、3 d采集血样,检测患者的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素(IL-1、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、免疫细胞(CD2~+、CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD28~+)、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)水平。结果各时间点两组患者的CD3~+、CD28~+、NK细胞及IgM水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);手术当日及术后1 d、2 d,两组患者的IL-8、IL-10水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);手术当日及术后1 d、3 d,两组患者的CD2~+、CD8~+水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);手术当日及术后1 d,两组患者的CD4~+水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论术中穴位埋线对肺癌胸腔镜手术患者的免疫相关指标具有一定的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of intraoperative catgut implantation at acupoint on immune status of lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 100 lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the catgut embedding group(49 cases)and the control group(51 cases).All patients were treated with routine postoperative treatment,and the catgut embedding group was treated with catgut implantation at acupoint after surgery.One day before operation,on the same day of operation and one,two and three days after operation,the blood sample was collected.The levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF),interferon(IFN-γ),interleukin(IL-1,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),immune cells(CD2~+,CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD28~+),natural killer cells(NK cells)and immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA,IgM)were measured. Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels of CD3~+,CD28~+,NK cells and IgM between the two groups at each time point(P<0.05,P<0.01).On the same day of operation and one and two days after operation,there were statistically significant differences in the levels of IL-8 and IL-10 between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).On the same day of operation and one and three days after operation,there were statistically significant differences in the levels of CD2~+ and CD8~+ between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).On the same day of operation and one day after operation,there was statistically significant difference in the level of CD4~+ between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Intraoperative catgut implantation at acupoint shows certain regulation on immune related indexes of lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.更多还原
