唾液代谢组学技术在中医脾肾证候与疾病研究中的应用探讨

【摘要】 探讨唾液代谢组学技术在中医脾肾证候与疾病研究中的应用。认为"脾在液为涎,肾在液为唾"是唾液诊断技术的中医理论基础。目前关于脾肾与唾液的相关研究主要停留在简单的理化指标检测水平,研究内容相对单一,研究深度及广度尚浅。通过结合中医理论分析及现代实验结果,提出开展以唾液代谢组学技术为基础,以"脾在液为涎,肾在液为唾"为理论指导的唾液诊断研究,这将既有助于阐释中医"脾在液为涎,肾在液为唾"理论的科学内涵,也将为临床开展脾肾二脏疾病与证候的无创诊断技术和微观辨证研究奠定基础。

【Abstract】 The application of saliva metabonomics technique in the research of spleen and kidney syndromes and diseases in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was explored. The theory of "drool being the humor of the spleen and saliva being the humor of the kidney"contributes to the theoretical basis for the development of saliva diagnosis technique. Till now,the research of saliva correlating with the spleen and kidney mainly focused on the exploration of physiochemical indicators, and the study is relatively simple, coarse and shallow. By combining the analysis of ancient Chinese medicine literature and modern experimental achievements, the establishment of saliva diagnostics based on modern saliva diagnosis technique and the theory of "drool being the humor of the spleen and saliva being the humor of the kidney"was put forward. And the application of saliva diagnosis technique will be helpful for the modern medical interpretation of the theory of "drool being the humor of the spleen and saliva being the humor of the kidney",and will provide basis for the development of non-invasive diagnosis technology and micro-differentiation of TCM syndromes and diseases of spleen and kidney.
