不同浓度磷肥对橡胶树根系生长影响
Effects of Different Concentrations of Phosphate Fertilizer on Root Growth of Rubber Tree
【摘要】 采用随机区组法进行磷肥对橡胶树根系生长发育影响的试验,观测橡胶树根系在磷素作用下的生长情况,结果表明:磷肥浓度为1 000 mg/kg处理下,橡胶树吸收根数量和体积分别为对照的207%与151.1%,促进效应最大;磷肥浓度为200 mg/kg处理对吸收根重量的增加作用最大;最高浓度25 000 mg/kg处理对橡胶树吸收根生长表现出负效应;通过测定吸收根发生量、根重、根体积等参数来进行模拟局部根系构型,随施磷浓度增加,其构型在鲱骨型、二分枝型、分枝鲱骨型三者之间转换,说明胶树根系构型对磷丰缺具有适应性变化。
【Abstract】 The roots of rubber tree were treated with different concentrations of phosphate fertilizer by using a random block design in an experiment to observe their growth. The results showed that the number and volume of absorptive roots of the rubber tree treated with phosphate fertilizer at a concentration of 1 000 mg·kg-1 were 207% and 151.1% higher than those of the control, respectively, the highest among the treatments. Phosphate fertilizer treatment at the concentration of 200 mg·kg-1 had the greatest effect on the weight increment in absorptive roots. The phosphate fertilizer treatment at the highest concentration of 25 000 mg·kg-1 showed negative effect on the growth of absorptive roots. Simulation of local root system architecture by using the data on the root parameters, such as production, weight, and volume of the absorptive roots showed that the root system architecture of the absorptive roots was in a herringbone, bibranched or herringbone-bi-branched pattern and changed among the patterns with the concentration of the phosphate fertilizer, indicating that the root system architecture of the rubber tree is adaptive to phosphorus abundance and deficiency.
