P(St-DVB-AM)微球的制备及其对农药的吸附性能研究
Preparation of P(St-DVB-AM) microspheres and their adsorption properties for pesticides
【摘要】 以丙烯酰胺(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)为原料,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引収剂,乙腈为分散剂,采用回流沉淀法制备了聚合物型固相萃取填料。采用红外光谱和扫描甴子显微镜分别表征了聚合物微球的结构、形貌及粒径。用该固相萃取填料和聚丙烯管制成固相萃取小柱,分别萃取水溶液中甲基磺草酮、西玛津、莠去津、利谷隆、戊炔草胺、草达津,用甲醇洗脱后经超高效液相色谱分析。考察了该固相萃取填料对6种除草剂的吸附量,分别为35.8, 43.2, 38.8, 37.5, 42.1, 41.4 mg/g。在1~20μg/L浓度范围内,6种组分的峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性兲系,甲基磺草酮、西玛津、莠去津、利谷隆、戊炔草胺、草达津的检出限分别为0.26, 0.27, 0.28, 0.33,0.51, 0.17μg/L。
【Abstract】 In the paper, polymer solid phase extraction fillers were prepared by refluxing precipitation method using acrylamide(MMA) and styrene(St) as raw materials, divinylbenzene(DVB) as crosslinking agent, azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator and acetonitrile as dispersant. The structure, morphology and particle size of polymer microspheres were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The solid phase extraction column was prepared with the solid phase extraction filler and polypropylene tube. Methyl sulfonate, simazine, atrazine, ligulon, pentylacetochlor and oxadazine were extracted from the aqueous solution respectively. The column was eluted with methanol and analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography. The adsorption capacity of the solid phase extraction filler for six herbicides was investigated, which were 35.8, 43.2, 38.8, 37.5, 42.1, and 41.4 mg/g, respectively. Within the concentration range of 1 μg/L to 20 μg/L, the peak area of the six components showed a good linear relationship with the concentration. The detection limits of methyl sulfonate, simazine, atrazine, ligulon, pentylenetrachlor and oxadazine were 0.26, 0.27, 0.28, 0.33, 0.51, and 0.17 μg/L, respectively.
