【摘要】 从主要国际金融中心的演进路径来看,金融功能拓展与国际金融中心建设过程是相辅相成、互动演进的。因此研究上海金融功能演进与功能拓展对上海国际金融中心建设具有重要意义。政府主导的演进路径,使得上海在短短数十年完成了主要金融中心数百年的演进历程,取得了举世瞩目的成效,但仍需提升其价格发现、风险管理与全球资源配置功能。在国际金融大变局背景下,未来以金融中心生态系统建设为中心,持续拓展与提升上海金融中心功能,以建成具有全球影响力的国际金融中心。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of the evolution path of major global financial centers,the expansion of financial functions and the construction process of global financial centers are complementary and interactive.Therefore,studying the expansion and improvement of Shanghai’s financial functions is of great significance to the construction of Shanghai’s international financial center.Compared to other major world financial centers that has developed for hundreds for years,the government-led evolution path has enabled Shanghai to go through the evolution in just a few decades and Shanghai has achieved world famous performance.However,it still needs to improve the capabilities of price discovery,risk management and global resource allocation.In the context of the great changes in international finance,in the future,with the construction of the financial center ecosystem as the center,expansion and upgrading of the financial functions will be continued for building a global financial center with global influence.更多还原
