【摘要】 目的:探讨护理多学科团队(MDT)联合一键式启动急救护理路径在ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月1日～8月31日急诊行PCI的107例STEMI患者作为对照组,实施常规护理;将2019年3月1日～8月31日急诊行PCI的118例STEMI患者作为观察组,实施护理MDT联合一键式启动急救护理路径管理模式。比较两组首份心电图时间、心电图确诊时间、入院至球囊扩张(D2B)时间、导管室激活时间及住院时间。结果:观察组首份心电图时间、心电图确诊时间、D2B时间、导管室激活时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论:护理MDT联合一键式启动急救护理路径以患者为中心,为患者提供了一套系统化、规范化、模式化的救治平台,实现同质化护理,提高护士主观能动性和业务能力,密切科室间联系,优化医疗资源,提高救治效率,利于团队合作共赢,推动多学科发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing multidisciplinary team(MDT) combined with one-button initiation of emergency care pathway in emergency PCI for patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI). Methods: A total of 107 cases of STEMI patients who underwent emergency PCI from March 1,2018 to August 31,2018 were selected as the control group for routine nursing. A total of 118 cases of STEMI patients who underwent PCI from March 1,2019 to August 31,2019 were selected as the observation group to implement the nursing MDT combined with one-button initiation emergency care path management mode. The first ECG time,ECG diagnosis time,D2 B time,catheter room activation time and hospitalization days were compared between the two groups.
