【摘要】 目的了解自贡地区二级及以上医院8项血常规项目的质量水平及一致性,为该地区血常规结果互认提供依据。方法通过调查问卷式收集自贡地区二级及以上医院2018年基础资料和血常规室内质量控制和室间质量评价资料,评价各医院各项目质量水平及结果一致性。结果自贡地区二级及以上医院共18家,所有医院均开展室内质控且质控频率均为1次/d,2/3的医院采用单水平质控品,绝大多数医院的质控规则单一,仅1家医院采用了个性化质控规则。室间质评情况为:18家医院中,有5家参加国家和四川省室间质评,有8家仅参加四川省室间质评,剩余5家医院未参加室间质评。参加室间质评的13家医院的WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、PLT、MCV、MCH和MCHC的平均西格玛(σ)水平分别为6.52、4.28、5.33、5.09、5.14、6.50、5.53和5.65,三级医院和富顺县二级医院的质量水平优于荣县二级医院。结论自贡地区二级及以上医院血常规质量水平总体较好,但室内质量控制欠规范,各单位应提高室内质量控制水平,并积极参加国家和省级室间质评。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the quality level and consistency of 8 blood routine items in hospitals of second-class and above in Zigong area,and to provide evidence for mutual recognition of blood routine results in Zigong area. Methods The basic data,laboratory quality control and interventricular quality evaluation data from hospitals of second-class and above in Zigong area in 2018 were collected by questionnaire,to evaluate the quality level and consistency of the results of each project in each hospital. Results There are18 second-class and above hospitals in Zigong area. All the hospitals carried out indoor quality control and the frequency of quality control was once a day. Two-thirds of hospitals adopted single level quality control products,the quality control rules of most hospitals were single,and only one hospital adopted individualized quality control rules. Among the 18 hospitals,5 hospitals participated in the national and Sichuan interventricular quality assessment,8 hospitals participated in the Sichuan interventricular quality assessment,and the remaining 5 hospitals did not participate in any interventricular quality assessment. Average sigma levels of WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT,PLT,MCV,MCH and MCHC in 13 hospitals were 6.52,4.28,5.33,5.09,5.14,6.50,5.53 and 5.65,respectively.RBC,Hb,PLT and MCH can recognize each other among the first,second,third,fourth and fifth hospitals in Zigong City,while 8 blood routine items are MCH Hospital in Zigong City,Fushun County people’s Hospital,Fushun County Chenguang Hospital and Fushun County TCM Hospital,Rongxian people’s Hospital and Rongxian County TCM Hospital can be recognized. Conclusion The blood routine quality level of hospitals of second-class and above in Zigong area is generally good,but the indoor quality control is not standardized. Each unit should improve the indoor quality control level and actively participate in the national and provincial inter-room quality evaluation.更多还原
