不同花生品种抗旱性评价

【摘要】 干旱是影响花生生产的主要非生物胁迫之一。为评价不同花生品种的抗旱性差异,选用6个花生品种,研究了20%聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫对不同花生品种生长发育及生理指标的影响。6个品种的平均隶属函数值介于0.22~0.76,品种间差异较大,豫花9326的失水率、可溶性糖、一氧化氮、类黄酮的隶属函数值均较大,豫花15的叶绿素、花青素含量的函数值较大,而湘花2008的失水率、叶绿素、类黄酮、一氧化氮的函数值均较小。根据综合隶属函数值分析,6个品种的抗旱性强弱排序为豫花9326>豫花15>花育34>ST001>远杂9847>湘花2008,即豫花9326、豫花15的抗旱性较强,花育34、ST001、远杂9847的抗旱性一般,湘花2008抗旱性较差。

【Abstract】 Drought is one of the important abiotic stress affecting peanut production. To evaluate the drought resistance difference of different peanut varieties, 6 peanut varieties were selected to study the effect of 20% polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000) simulated drought stress on their development and physiological indexes. Average membership function value of 6 varieties was between 0.22~0.76. The water loss rate, soluble sugar, nitric oxide and flavonoid of Yuhua9326 were higher, the chlorophyll and anthocyanin contents of Yuhua15 were higher, while water loss rate, chlorophyll contents, flavonoid, nitric oxide of Xianghua2008 were lower. The drought resistance order of 6 varieties was Yuhua9326>Yuhua15>Huayu34>ST001>Yuanza9847>Xianghua2008, so that, Yuhua9326 and Yuhua15 had strong drought resistance, Huayu34, ST001 and Yuanza9847 had general drought resistance, and Xianghua2008 had poor drought resistance.
