甘蓝中虫螨腈及其代谢物的残留检测

【摘要】 建立了甘蓝中虫螨腈及其代谢物的残留检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,QuEChERS净化,虫螨腈采用气相色谱-串联质谱进行测定,其代谢物溴代吡咯腈采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行测定。试验结果表明:在0.001~0.5mg/kg的范围内,虫螨腈和溴代吡咯腈的质量浓度与相应的峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均> 0.99;在0.01~5mg/kg的添加水平下,添加回收率在85.2%~103.6%之间,相对标准偏差在1.3%~3.8%之间(n=5),定量限为0.01mg/kg。本方法简便、可靠、净化效果好,可用于甘蓝中虫螨腈及其代谢物残留量检测。

【Abstract】 A method for the detection of chlorfenapyr and its metabolites in cabbage was established. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and purified by Qu EChERS. The chlorfenapyr was measured by GC-MS/MS and its metabolite tralopyril was measured by UPLC-MS/MS. The results demonstrate that the concentrations of chlorfenapyr and tralopyril have a good linear relationship with the corresponding peak area in the range of 0. 001 ~ 0. 5 mg/kg and the correlation coefficients are all above 0. 99. The average recoveries range from 85. 2% to 103. 6%,with RSDs from1. 3% to 3. 8%( n = 5). The limits of quantification are all 0. 01 mg/kg. The method is simple,reliable and effective enough for the simultaneous determination of chlorfenapyr and its metabolites in cabbage.
