强脉冲光联合果酸治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着疗效分析
The Effect of Intense Pulse Light Combined with Fruit Acid on Pigmentation after Acne Inflammation
【摘要】 目的:探讨强脉冲光联合果酸治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着的疗效。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年2月在笔者医院皮肤科接受治疗的60例痤疮炎症后色素沉着患者为研究对象。随机分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用果酸联合红蓝光照射治疗,研究组采用强脉冲光与果酸交替治疗。比较两组治疗后肤色、角质层水分、视觉积分以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组肤色测评均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肤色测评结果显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后视觉效果积分均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后视觉效果积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。秩和检验显示,研究组临床疗效要优于对照组,痊愈率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强脉冲光与果酸交替治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着能显著改善肤色,提高临床疗效,并且对角质层水分影响较小。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of intense pulse light combined with fruit acid on pigmentation after acne inflammation.Methods Sixty patients with acne pigmentation who were treated in the dermatology department of the hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with fruit acid combined with red and blue light.The study group was treated with photon rejuvenation laser (intense pulsed light) and fruit acid alternately.The skin color,cuticle moisture,visual score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the skin color evaluation of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment,the skin color evaluation results of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment,the visual effect score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),and after treatment,the visual effect score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.7% in the study group and 86.7% in the control group.The rank sum test showed that the clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the recovery rate was higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Photon rejuvenation and fruit acid colloid in the treatment of pigmentation after acne inflammation can significantly improve skin color,improve clinical efficacy,and have a relatively small impact on cuticle moisture.
