【摘要】 为探索应用全自动服装工艺模板的创新设计解决当前服装产业一线招工难、产品要求高且交货期短的问题,采用工序分析、标准化作业等方法研究服装生产过程,设计出具有模块化、集成化特征的组合式服装工艺模板和可调式通用服装工艺模板,以降低工艺难度、消除瓶颈工序、提高产品品质和加工效率。提出全自动服装工艺模板创新设计的思路与原则,分析全自动服装工艺模板设计案例,为全自动服装工艺模板创新设计提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the difficulty of recruitment and the short delivery time of high-quality products in the current clothing industry, the innovative design of full-automatic garment process template is explored to solve the above problems. Through the process analysis, standardized operation and other clothing production methods, the clothing production process was studied, and the modular and integrated clothing process template and adjustable general clothing process template were designed. In order to reduce the process difficulty, eliminate the bottleneck process, improve product quality and processing efficiency, the innovative design ideas and principles of full-automatic garment process template were puts forward from six aspects, five kinds of cases of full-automatic garment process template design were enumerated and analyzed, and ideas and inspiration for the innovative design of full-automatic garment process template were provided.更多还原
