【摘要】 探讨高精度纤维混纺自动称量机组的开发和应用效果。阐述了该机组的结构、原理及工艺流程。以生产T/R 70/30 14.8 tex纱为例,设定了高精度纤维混纺自动称量机组的工艺参数,对纤维混和精度和成纱质量进行了测试。结果表明:纤维混和效果好,成纱质量高,在提高生产效率、减少用工、降低生产成本、节约能源等方面具有明显效果。认为:该机组系统稳定可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development and application effect of automatic fiber blending weighting machine with higher accuracy were discussed.The construction,principle and process flow of the machine were explained.The production of T/R 70/30 14.8 tex yarn was taken as an example.The process parameters of the automatic fiber blending weighting machine with higher accuracy were set. The fiber blending accuracy and yarn quality were tested. The test results showed that the fiber blending effect was better,and the yarn quality was higher.There were obvious effects on the aspects of production efficiency improvement,labor use reduction,production cost reduction,energy saving and so on.It is considered that the system of the machine is stable and reliable.更多还原
