纤维性能及细纱捻系数对棉纱断裂强度的影响
Influence of Fiber Property and Spun Yarn Twist Factor on Breaking Tenacity of Cotton Yarn
【摘要】 研究棉纤维性能及细纱捻系数对棉纱断裂强度的影响。采用回归分析法,建立纤维断裂强度、纤维平均长度、马克隆值、纤维短绒率、细纱捻系数与棉纱断裂强度的回归方程。结果表明:在棉纤维性能及细纱捻系数与棉纱断裂强度的回归方程中,对棉纱断裂强度影响最大的是捻系数,其次为纤维短绒率、马克隆值和纤维断裂强度,而纤维平均长度影响不显著。为兼顾合理性和简化性,采用含二次项多元回归模型可准确预测细纱断裂强度。
【Abstract】 The influences of cotton fiber properties and spun yarn twist factor on the breaking tenacity of cotton yarn were studied.Regression analysis method was used to establish the regression equation among cotton fiber breaking tenacity,fiber average length,Micronair value,short fiber content and spun yarn twist factor with the breaking tenacity of the cotton yarn.The results showed that the largest influence on cotton yarn breaking strength was twist factor in the regression equation between cotton fiber properties and spun yarn twist factor with cotton yarn breaking strength.And then it was short fiber content,Micronair value and fiber breaking strength.The influence of fiber average length was not significant.To combine rationality and simplicity,the spun yarn breathing strength can be accurately predicted by using multiple regression model with quadratic term.
