废SCR脱硝催化剂钒钨提取研究进展
Research Progress on Extraction of Vanadium and Tungsten from Spent SCR Denitrification Catalysts
【摘要】 含有钒、钨和钛的选择性催化还原催化剂在许多工业应用中被广泛还原氮氧化物。各行业脱硝催化剂正在进入报废更换高峰期,处理废催化剂回收有价金属迫在眉睫。将回收的钒、钨、钛用于生产新型催化剂或其他产品,可形成循环经济。对废脱硝催化剂钒钨提取工艺进行详细综述,重点介绍钒钨浸出和钒钨分离方法。
【Abstract】 Selective catalytic reduction catalysts containing vanadium,tungsten and titanium are widely used in many industrial applications to reduce nitrogen oxides.Denitrification catalysts in various industries are entering the peak period of scrapping and replacement,and it is urgent to recycle valuable metal from waste catalysts.Recycled vanadium,tungsten and titanium can be used to produce new catalysts or other products to form circular economy.Extraction process of vanadium and tungsten from waste denitrification catalyst is reviewed.Leaching and separation of vanadium and tungsten are introduced.
