【摘要】 通过3年的建设,千岛湖森林彩化工程已取得阶段性成效。对千岛湖森林彩化工程建设具体实施过程中存在实施范围不全、乡土树种应用不足、生态公益林改造强度小、工程费用预算不合理、对森林彩化认识不到位等5个方面问题进行探讨,并提出了加强彩化宣传、坚持生态优先、衔接林业生产、加大资金投入等可持续发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through 3 year’s efforts,forest colorization engineering project of Qiandao lake has obtained initial effects.This article discusses 5 problems encountered in the concrete process of implementing the project.They are incomplete coverage of work scopes,deficiency in supply of native tree species,weak reconstruction intensity for ecological public welfare forests,unfounded budget of engineering costs and insufficient cognition of forest colorization engineering.In view of these,it proposes some sustainable development suggestion such as intensifying propaganda of forest colorization engineering,adhering to ecological priority,connecting closely with forestry production and investing more capital into colorization engineering construction.更多还原
