【摘要】 我国研究生招生规模逐年增大,给研究生的培养质量带来了一定挑战,对研究生导师也提出了更高要求。通过问卷调查和个别访谈法对江西省部分高校硕士研究生导师指导权的使用情况进行调研,发现在指导规模、指导时间、指导内容、导师态度、研究生满意度等方面存在一些问题。应加强研究生导师队伍建设,抓实导师指导权监督评估机制,增强导师的权责意识和研究生的主动维权意识,在实践中不断提升指导质量,完善指导内容,提高指导效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The scale of graduate enrollment in China has been increasing year by year, which has brought greater challenges to the quality of graduate education, and posed higher requirements for graduate tutors. Through questionnaire survey and individual interview, this paper investigates the use of tutors’ guidance right in some universities in Jiangxi province. It is found that there are problems in aspects of tutors’ guidance scale, time, content and attitude, and graduates’ satisfaction. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of graduate tutor team, the supervision and evaluation mechanism of tutors’ guidance right, and enhance the tutors’ consciousness of right and responsibility and the graduate students’ active consciousness of right protection, so as to continuously improve the guidance quality, content and efficiency in practice.更多还原
