【摘要】 公共图书馆开展文化精准扶贫是构建现代公共文化体系的必然要求,是公共图书馆均衡发展的现实需求。文章采用网络调研、文献检索、电话及微信咨询等方法,从文化扶贫资源、文化扶贫举措、文化扶贫专业队伍、合作扶贫四个方面对西北地区省级公共图书馆文化精准扶贫现状进行了调研,分析了西北地区省级公共图书馆在文化精准扶贫中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期为省级公共图书馆更好地开展文化精准扶贫工作提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Targeted culture poverty alleviation of public libraries is an inevitable requirement for constructing modern public cultural system, and it is also the realistic demand for the balanced development of public libraries. The paper takes the methods of network research, literature retrieval, telephone and WeChat consultation to investigate the current situation of targeted culture poverty alleviation in provincial public libraries in northwest China from the aspects of cultural poverty alleviation resources, measures, professional teams and cooperative poverty alleviation, analyzes the problems existing in targeted culture poverty alleviation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to provide reference for provincial public libraries to better carry out targeted culture poverty alleviation.更多还原
