【摘要】 目的急诊高血压应用氢氯噻嗪联合缬沙坦治疗效果情况分析。方法选取2018年8月～2019年8月本院诊治90例高血压急诊患者资料,随机分为两组,对照组予缬沙坦,研究组予以氢氯噻嗪联合缬沙坦,分析两组血压、ET及NO指标、心血管事件情况。结果治疗后,研究组SBP(130.33±11.46)mm Hg、DBP(90.13±3.22)mm Hg比对照组低,差异有统计意义(p<0.05);且研究组ET(30.25±2.59)umol/L比对照组低,研究组NO指标(55.17±2.95)ng/L比对照组高,差异有统计意义(p<0.05);研究组心律失常等心血管事件17.78%比对照组37.78%少(p<0.05)。结论高血压急诊患者应用氢氯噻嗪联合缬沙坦治疗,能有效降低血压水平,改善机体ET及NO指标,降低心血管事件发生,具一定临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of hydrochlorothiazide combined with valsartan in emergency hypertension. Methods From August 2018 to August 2019, the data of 90 emergency patients with hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with valsartan. The research group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide and valsartan. The ET and NO indicators,cardiovascular events of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the SBP(130.33±11.46)mmHg and DBP(90.13±3.22)mmHg in the study group were lower than those in the control group, which was statistically significant(p<0.05); The ET(30.25±2.59)umol/L in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the NO index(55.17±2.95)ng/L in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05); the arrhythmia of the study group, etc. Cardiovascular events were 17.78%, which was less than the control group 37.78%(p<0.05).Conclusions The application of hydrochlorothiazide combined with valsartan in emergency hypertension patients can effectively reduce blood pressure levels, improve ET and NO indicators of the body,and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events, which has certain clinical application value.更多还原
