【摘要】 目的:分析高龄老年人根尖周炎疾病的临床诊断及治疗特点,以及采用显微手术治疗的疗效。方法:对我院70岁以上老年根尖周炎患者160例进行临床诊治,纳入患者进均行显微根尖手术治疗,术后每3个月复诊,随诊1年观察分析其疗效。结果:1年随访中,根尖愈合效果随着随访时间的延长有效病例不断增加,术后1年有效病例达到95%;随着年龄增长,各年龄组中有效病例的比率却逐渐减小,分别是33.75%,31.88%和29.38%,且组间差异具有统计学意义;不同性别,组织病理类型及牙位分布对疗效影响均无显著差异。结论:显微根尖手术对治疗高龄老年人根尖周炎疾病具有良好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of advanced old person periapical periodontitis and the curative effect of microsurgery.Methods:Totally 160 patients with periapical periodontitis who were over 70 years old in our hospital were observed for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Patients included in the study were treated by microsurgery.And the clinical efficacy of them were observed.Results:During the 1-year follow-up,the effective cases of root tip healing increased with the extension of time,and the effective cases reached 95% after one year of surgery.The difference among different age groups was statistically significant.In terms of gender,there was no significant difference in the effect of histopathological types and dental position distribution.Conclusion:Microapical surgery is effective in the treatment of advanced old person periapical periodontitis.更多还原
