普朗铜矿采区溜井精细化扫描及建模技术
Refined scanning and modeling technology of chute in Prang Copper Mine
【摘要】 针对目前溜井使用过程中频繁出现垮塌、处置较为困难的现状,开展了基于BLSS-PE矿用三维激光扫描系统的溜井精细扫描及高精度建模技术研究,确定了采用分高程垂直下放扫描、实时数据分析以及高精度距离控制相结合的精细化扫描方式以及以BLSS-PE数据处理软件和Geomagic逆向工程软件为核心的高精度建模手段,得到了溜井的高精度三维模型,为其体积计算、垮塌边界分析以及稳定性评价提供了基础数据,从而为矿山安全生产奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the current situation of frequent collapse and difficult disposal in the use of chute,this paper carries out refined scanning and high-precision modeling technology of chute based on BLSS-PE mine3 Dlaser scanning system,determines the combined use of sub-height vertical decentralized scanning,realtime data analysis and high-precision distance control and high precision modeling with BLSS-PE and Geomagic as the core,and obtains a high-precision 3 D model of the chute,which provides basic data for volume calculations,collapse boundary analysis and stability evaluation,thereby laying the foundation for mine safety production.
