【摘要】 学者们认识到信息通信技术对工作带来的革命性影响,并积极进行研究。《重新定义工作:论技术应用与工作变迁的关系》一文从个体与社会两个维度,将技术通过效率和控制这两种机制作用于工作变迁的诸多后果整合到平衡和不平衡的二分视角中。在回应该文基础上,阐明了如何看待"重新定义工作",说明了技术应用影响工作变迁的社会化机制,提出了技术应用作用于工作变迁的后果可以互相转化。对该文的评论,可以从形式和内容上给社会科学的本科生写作评论文章时一些启发,有利于课程教学中论文评论的写作指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scholars has realized the revolutionary impact of information and communication technology on work, and actively carry out research. In response to the article "Redefining Work: How Does Technology Transform Work", this paper integrates many consequences of technology used in work change through efficiency and control mechanism into a balanced and unbalanced perspective from two dimensions of individual and society, and expounds how to treat "redefining work" and explains the socialization mechanism that technology application affects work change. It is proposed that the consequences of technology application on work change can be transformed into each other. The comment on the paper can enlighten the undergraduates of social sciences in the form and content of the review article, which is beneficial to the writing guidance of the paper review in the course teaching.更多还原
