【摘要】 教师是实践性特征尤为突出的职业。教师实践性知识是教师在教学实践中形成的、指导其教学实践的、具有个人特质的关于教育教学的认知。通过对教师实践性知识水平和相关行为强度的研究,发现"热爱""研究""写作""反思""学习"是影响中学化学教师实践性知识发展的关键因素;"研究"和"反思"比"学习"的影响更显著,"热爱"是基础性影响因素。为了促进教师的成长,应该在培养教师热爱教育的前提下,引导教师深入研究、勤于写作、积极反思、善于学习。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching is a profession with outstanding practical characteristics.Teachers’ practical knowledge is formed in teaching practice,guides their teaching practice and has personal characteristics in their cognition of education and teaching.Through the study of 320 teachers’ practical knowledge level and related behavioral intensity,it is found that "devotion","research","writing","reflection" and"learning" are the key factors influencing the development of practical knowledge of middle school chemistry teachers.Moreover,"research" and "reflection" have more significant influence on teachers’ practical knowledge development than "learning",while "devotion" is a fundamental influencing factor.In order to promote teachers’ development,on the basis of cultivating teachers’ love for education,we should guide teachers to participate in research,be diligent in writing,reflect actively and be good at learning.更多还原
