某多水源水厂不同组合工艺流程的试验研究
Study on the selection of different combination processes in multi-source water plant
【摘要】 为了提出适合某多水源水厂新建工程的工艺,进行了5组不同流程的中试研究。结果表明,对有机物去除率最高的是活性炭滤池,CODMn和UV254的去除率分别是56.8%~66.3%和70.8%~73.3%;对浊度去除最有效的是砂滤池,去除率为89.5%~97.1%,超滤出水浊度稳定在0.11~0.12NTU;对臭味物质2-MIB的去除中,活性炭滤池发挥了至关重要的作用,预臭氧对2-MIB也有较好的去除效果,去除率为52.5%。"预臭氧-常规工艺-臭氧活性炭-超滤"流程与不投加前后臭氧的"常规工艺-活性炭-超滤"流程对污染物的去除规律类似。"砂滤-炭滤""炭滤-砂滤"和"砂滤-超滤"3组流程对比显示各自均存在一些不足。综合考虑"预臭氧-常规工艺-臭氧活性炭-超滤"是最适合该新建水厂的工艺流程。
【Abstract】 In order to propose the process suitable for the new project of multi-source water plant,five groups of pilot tests with different processes were carried out.The most effective process for turbidity removal wad sand filter process,with the removal rate of 89.5%~97.1%.The turbidity of ultrafiltration outlet was stable at 0.11~0.12 NTU.The removal rate of CODMn and UV254 was 56.8%~66.3%and 70.8%~73.3%respectively.Carbon filter plays an important role in the removal of odor compounds 2-MIB,and pre-ozonation has a good removal effect on 2-MIB,the removal rate was 52.5%.The results showed that the change rule of pollutant removal of"pre-ozonation-conventional process-ozone activated carbon-ultrafiltration"was similar to that of"conventional process-activated carbon-ultrafiltration"without adding ozone."Sand filter-carbon filter","carbon filter-sand filter"and"sand filter-ultrafiltration"process comparison showed that each group has some disadvantages.The process of"pre-ozonation-conventional processozone activated carbon-ultrafiltration"was the most suitable process for the new water plant.
